Located at the gateway to Dubai Marina, The Harbour Hotel & Residence is a 52-story skyline centerpiece featuring 261 luxury suites. The hotel opened in November 2007 and offers a myriad of dining options, including a New York style deli, coffee bar and bakery called Counter Culture, the Mediterranean-style restaurant -- Azur -- focusing on organic, farm-to- fork menus and the international, slightly avant-garde restaurant -- The Observatory -- that will soon open on the penthouse floor.
