One hundred Peruvian restaurants in Santiago to celebrate Pisco Sou

Around 100 Peruvian restaurants in Santiago de Chile will celebrate with pisco tasting the Pisco Sour Day on Saturday 6, to promote the most successful Peruvian cocktail.

The Embassy of Peru in Chile has gotten in touch with the restaurants administrators so that each restaurant celebrates Pisco Sour Day in their own way with their clients.

“In this way, the promotion of our cocktail will have a higher impact since it will be massive, diversified and decentralized, and will reach many more people”, Franca Deza, the Peruvian embassy officer, told Andina from Chile.

She indicated that she has made the respective coordinations with the Trading Economic Consultant of the diplomatic legation on behalf of Peru’s ambassador in Chile, Carlos Pareja.

In Miami

Miami will also celebrate Pisco Sour Day where the Peruvian consulate has organized a celebration on Friday 5 from 18:00 hours together with the restaurant Zachum and the Pisco Viejo Tonel company.
